Job Summary

Secure, track, and manage building, electrical, plumbing, and related permits for residential construction and remodeling projects in assigned markets. Serve as the primary liaison with city and county permitting offices, maintain accurate permit and inspection documentation in company CRM systems, and provide timely permit status updates to Project Coordinators and Field Managers. Ensure contractor registrations and Home Depot waivers are processed so installation schedules stay on track, while supporting process improvements to streamline permitting workflows.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Submit, track, and maintain building, electrical, plumbing, and related permit applications for active projects within assigned markets.
•Liaise with city and county permitting offices to ensure timely permit processing and resolve permit-related issues.
•Maintain accurate permit records, expiration dates, inspection schedules, and project documentation within company CRM systems.
•Provide timely permit status updates and proactive issue communication with Project Coordinators, Field Managers, and leadership to keep projects on schedule.
•Coordinate inspection scheduling and follow up to confirm approvals and project readiness, ensuring contractor registrations and Home Depot waivers are processed promptly.
