Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure and support execution of the regional multi-year budget and strategic business plan.
  • •Support regional go-to-market enablement by refining approaches and adapting offerings and value propositions to local market conditions.
  • •Provide direct sales support across the bid lifecycle, including qualifications, value articulation, positioning, and deal closure.
  • •Develop regional ecosystem and market intelligence for payment and card issuance by interfacing with payment/Perso partners and assessing local competition.
  • •Animate and engage local teams and partners, including continuous training and knowledge transfer on product and offering evolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Double bachelor’s degree in Business & Engineering (or related discipline).
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of payment and card issuance, including personalization and fulfillment services.
  • •Strong business and marketing acumen, with ability to build compelling offerings and create value propositions.
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills, with leadership and ability to build win-win partner relationships.
