Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
•Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
•Collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager to ensure cross-functional training and that the business is well-executed

•Inventory management: Lead and execute inventory control processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
•Operational leadership: Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment to ensure smooth store operations.

•Process improvement: Investigate and root cause inventory issues and escalate gaps in processes or systems with the GM.
•Visual and standards execution: Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensure safe, efficient stockroom practices.
