  • •Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment, set up and operate machinery, and monitor for malfunctions.
  • •Oversee daily preventive maintenance and ensure work in progress and finished product meet quality standards.
  • •Train, promote, and discipline employees while ensuring safety rules and safety program compliance.
  • •Track and report inventory and parts usage; analyze scorecards and day-shift production reports; coordinate with maintenance for diagnosis and repairs.
