Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with manufacturing, planning, and engineering organizations to identify and prioritize opportunities that improve wafer output, productivity, and capital efficiency.
  • •Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and implementation plans.
  • •Define solution scope, business requirements, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • •Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and architects to develop, validate, and deploy solutions into production.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through solution deployment, adoption, and value realization, using AI/Generative AI and AI-assisted tools to improve decision-making and automate workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or related fields.
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, planning, industrial engineering, operations, product ownership, analytics, or digital transformation.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering business, analytics, or digital solutions.
  • •Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into product, system, or analytics solutions.
  • •Experience defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working with technical teams to deliver business solutions.
