Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead a high-performing hydropower team, with accountability for project delivery and international client/supply chain/internal relationships.
  • •Serve as program manager, project manager, or technical lead; direct teams on major hydropower projects and programs and focus on client communication and delivery.
  • •Lead pursuit of major hydropower projects by driving major proposals and engaging with clients.
  • •Support senior leaders with hydropower business strategy development based on market trends and identify/pursue opportunities within business line and adjacent sectors.
  • •Coordinate multi-disciplinary hydropower design and lead technical verification on feasibility and design reports, while responding to technical queries and mentoring less-senior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental).
  • •Chartered status or actively working towards chartership.
  • •Background in civil, electrical, mechanical, environmental or project management experience in the hydropower sector with strong technical competence.
  • •Experience leading projects in hydroelectric design, hydroelectric construction, or hydroelectric commissioning.
  • •Ability to develop teams and work with clients and collaborators internationally.
