Key Responsibilities

•Meet or exceed annual quota (8M+)
•Provide compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, partners, and others to make the case for heart health being a top priority
•Stay informed about products, roadmap and competitive differentiation and communicate them effectively
•Bring new ideas and observations to the broader team, promote partnership and resourcefulness
•Develop and maintain intra-company relationships consistent with company values

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of Labor sales experience with a proven quota attainment
•Experience selling to Taft-Hartley Labor Unions and related benefit programs
•Strong presentation skills and ability to build executive-level relationships
•Familiarity with AI tools in daily workflow
•Healthcare/benefits/disease management domain knowledge; willingness to travel extensively
