Own the production of Fever Originals events, serving as the main production point of contact for third parties, vendors, and on-site teams. Create production timelines, manage logistics, and ensure seamless delivery from pre-production through post-event wrap-up. Oversee permits/insurance needs, track quotes and invoices with P&L updates, and help develop new event formats by researching production technologies and solutions.
