Group Leader - Production Supervisor

Lead a team within the Thermo King Galway Operations manufacturing group to deliver production, safety, and quality targets while driving continuous cost reduction. Manage standard work and root-cause problem solving, coordinate resources and daily outputs, and oversee 5S compliance and equipment/operations performance. Plan manpower with HR, support recruitment and training plans, and conduct development conversations and performance reviews to improve team engagement and results.
