Employment Counsel

Advise and support employment matters for a global organization, with a focus on French labor relations and CSE governance in Paris. Preside over CSE meetings, draft and manage required legal documentation, and lead negotiations with employee representatives and unions. Provide cross-jurisdictional employment law guidance, manage regional litigation and terminations with counsel, and support responsible implementation of AI and digital HR initiatives, including privacy and employment data protection.
