Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary VPC, AD, and Agile teams from consumer insight to concept creation and function-proven solutions.
  • •Translate consumer insights and market analysis into evidence-based propositions.
  • •Drive technical development with engineers to define, design, validate new features, ensuring feasibility, system integration, and performance verification.
  • •Develop integrated project plans covering objectives, scope, budget, and resources across Marketing, R&D, Design, Supply, and Procurement.
  • •Identify and manage risks and align stakeholders through tailored communication plans and transparent progress reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • •5+ years leading multi-disciplinary projects, ideally in consumer product development or technology-driven innovation.
  • •Proven experience with Value Proposition Creation and development of new technologies projects (Advanced Development).
  • •Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management with experience applying Lean and iterative delivery methods.
  • •Certified in PMI/PMBOK or SAFe Agile (Philips methodologies such as DfSS, PDLM is a plus).
