OneSource Support Specialist (EST)

Deliver high-touch patient support for Alexion’s rare disease Patient Support Program, serving as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers from onboarding through long-term treatment adherence. Provide disease education, benefit and reimbursement support, and guidance to community and advocacy resources. Coordinate HCP needs and escalate access issues with cross-functional partners, maintain CRM documentation, and ensure adverse events are reported promptly.
