  • •Lead and develop a team of Compensation professionals to design, deliver, and manage compensation programs for assigned client groups.
  • •Partner with senior executives to lead enterprise compensation strategy and create compelling meeting materials that influence outcomes.
  • •Lead strategic compensation projects and define roadmaps aligned with Total Rewards vision.
  • •Oversee line-of-business incentive plans, emphasizing plan design and governance, and manage mid-year and year-end compensation cycles with internal controls.
  • •Act as an escalation point for resolution with partners and business leaders, proactively manage risks, and monitor industry/market trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in compensation, finance, or human resources.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in people leadership.
  • •5+ years leading and communicating compensation strategies at all levels including the C-suite.
  • •Knowledge of human resources and compensation, including relevant Federal, State, Local compensation laws/regulations.
