Job Summary

Support North America market assortment planning by building data-driven forecasts and optimizing item-level ranges. Manage end-to-end forecasting, setup, and wholesale support for new products, while informing allocation and replenishment. Collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, marketing, visual merchandising, and ecommerce teams on Open-to-Buy, go-to-market strategies, and product presentations to drive NAM performance.

•Bottoms-Up style level reporting and forecasting; manage end-to-end forecasting, item setup, and support wholesale selling of new products, as well as inform allocation and replenishment
•Use data and insights to optimize assortment by style, collection, product category, and any other relevant product attributes
•Collaborate with marketing, visual merchandising, ecomm teams on go-to-market strategies and product presentations
•Inform and influence sales teams on product knowledge and selling of focus products
•Manage and optimize the assortment matrix, ensuring accurate product selection and strategic pricing across U.S. and Canadian markets

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,000 - 116,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or Supply Planning
•3-5+ years merchandising, planning, allocation or demand planning experience
•In-store/commercial experience a plus (Store Leader)
•Best-in-class organizational and communication skills
•Data-driven and fact-based decision maker; effective communicator with a clear point of view; team player
