Job Summary

Partner with Grafana’s AI organization to define and operationalize success metrics for AI-powered product experiences. Build top-level KPIs and dashboards, guide instrumentation and experiment design, and translate analysis into recommendations that shape product decisions. Develop dbt models for user behavior data, evaluate AI feature impact, and help establish scalable product analytics standards while collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data.

•Partner cross-functionally across Product to establish KPIs, dashboards, and roadmap planning.
•Define success measurement for AI-powered product experiences across adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
•Guide instrumentation of product data with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams to enable reliable analysis of AI features and workflows.
•Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities and inform product decisions.
•Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data and influence scalable product analytics best practices across teams.

Salary: GBP 91,755 - 110,106 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience partnering across product and engineering organizations with familiarity in product KPI frameworks (e.g., DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
•Define and track success metrics for complex product areas, ideally including AI-powered features or workflows.
•Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex yet efficient queries.
•Hands-on data visualization experience with tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana.
•Experience writing dbt models, using product analytics tooling (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory), and using git for code version control.
