Engineering Manager, Growth

Build and lead Anthropic’s Growth Engineering team to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Own the technical strategy for growth initiatives, including A/B testing frameworks and measurement systems, and bring clarity in fast-moving environments. Partner with product, marketing, and data science teams to prioritize opportunities, and develop scalable systems for experimentation, personalization, and optimization. Also lead inclusive hiring and coaching for growth engineering talent.
