Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment and assist with stockroom and sales floor tasks.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
