Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador, representing Coach with consistent style and service standards. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations and inventory cycles, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education and experience may be considered together.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and moving around sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
