Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales on the floor and help drive personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies and strong consumer engagement. Deliver great in-store experiences using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S. service model, support a positive team culture, and manage day-to-day activities by delegating tasks and monitoring follow-up. Assist across store departments including POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
