  • •Mentor and provide day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams, customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, and budget goals.
  • •Coordinate white space build-outs (racks, containment, structured cabling) and supporting MEP infrastructure.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, documentation, and reports; support procurement through contract administration, change orders, and invoice tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •15+ years managing or supporting projects in data center construction, tenant fit-outs, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale commercial construction.
  • •Experience managing customer-facing fit-out/tenant improvement projects in operational or shell data center environments.
  • •Strong understanding of MEP systems supporting mission-critical infrastructure (power distribution, cooling, and structured cabling coordination).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project/document control tools such as Procore or P6 is a plus.
