Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up locations, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, and savings withdrawals.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone and support client service requests.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker; record activities, incidents, and referrals in 360View.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by counting, packaging, and submitting currency and coin, and maintain appropriate cash supplies.
  • •Comply with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions, auditing teller currency, and completing required reports.
