Job Summary

Lead ZOLL’s global privacy program as the enterprise privacy executive, setting privacy strategy, governance, and operational execution across privacy risk management, privacy impact assessments, and incident response coordination. Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, Cybersecurity, R&D, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design into connected devices, software-enabled medical technologies, and enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and evolving digital health and AI-related regulatory requirements while advising executive leadership on privacy and data ethics.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and execute the global enterprise-wide privacy strategy, policies, and governance framework.
•Ensure compliance with global privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity laws and regulations, including GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws.
•Lead privacy risk management, including oversight of privacy impact assessments and mitigation plans.
•Partner across Legal, Compliance, R&D, Cybersecurity, and Technology to embed privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default into systems and digital initiatives.
•Oversee privacy incident response and investigations in partnership with Global Security and support regulatory interactions as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

•JD from the United States or a European jurisdiction required.
•10+ years of progressive experience in privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, or related risk functions, including experience in healthcare.
•Experience advising senior executives on privacy strategy and enterprise risk required.
•Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying global privacy regulations in a regulated industry (including GDPR and HIPAA).
•Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
