Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the on-site store team, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and brand representation.
  • •Maintain and communicate product knowledge, usage scenarios, and in-store training; conduct skills training and provide constructive feedback.
  • •Plan and execute visual merchandising and product training for new launches according to plan; support inventory management, POS operations, and daily store tasks.
  • •Identify and resolve store issues, propose improvements, and assist in implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and team morale.
  • •Collaborate with store manager and global retail teams to execute brand activities and events to elevate in-store experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience, with 1+ year in supervisory or training roles
  • •strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • •ability to lead and develop a small team, manage daily store operations, and collaborate with leadership
