Job Summary

Drive operational readiness for Al Maktoum International Airport by mapping current vs. future processes and defining roles, KPIs, SLAs, and control points. Lead cross-functional ORAT working groups, manage RAID logs and risk registers, and communicate progress against an ORAT master schedule through dashboards and technical documentation. Support ORAT trials, training, and go-live activities, including adoption of updated CONOPS, processes, and systems.

•Track operational readiness timelines against the ORAT master schedule and communicate updates to stakeholders.
•Support ORAT trials, training, and go-live activities, ensuring issues are closed and operational needs are incorporated into readiness plans.
