Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform management and leadership accountability for a mechanical engineering group or department.
  • •Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate mechanical engineering assignments with broad technical objectives and minimal supervision.
  • •Manage and direct complex mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, contractors, and clients; provide technical proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
  • •Mentor and guide junior engineers and conduct quality control reviews of work produced by others.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering (or related) with a proven track record in project management.
  • •Mechanical design engineering consultancy experience, preferably with Metro/LRT/MRT/Railways/High Speed Rail (or equivalent).
  • •Registered with the Board of Engineers (BEM) and preferable Professional Engineer with Practice Certification status.
  • •Proficiency with BIM (3D–6D and LOD 200–400) and specialized engineering software such as HAP and E20.
