Own the strategy for how AI agents orchestrate multi-step work within WPP Open—spanning the Canvas visual workflow builder, agent orchestration patterns, and a marketing-specific AI assistant experience. Define workflow patterns (sequential, parallel, conditional, human-in-the-loop, autonomous), ensure enterprise-grade reliability (observable, debuggable, auditable), and coordinate with other pillar leads to build an extensible “agentic layer” that supports creative, media, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategy for Canvas, the visual workflow builder for orchestrating multi-agent processes.
•Define workflow patterns including sequential, parallel, conditional, human-in-the-loop, and autonomous execution modes.
•Determine how workflows connect to other platform capabilities such as creative tools, media activation, and data sources.
•Ensure workflows are observable, debuggable, and auditable for enterprise-grade reliability.
•Own the marketing-specific assistant experience in WPP Open and coordinate cross-pillar agentic orchestration standards and extensibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience as a product manager in workflow automation, orchestration, or process-builder products (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Temporal, or enterprise workflow tools).
•Comfortable with multi-agent architectures, including chaining, parallelization, and orchestration.
•Experience with conversational AI or assistant products, understanding the UX of human-AI collaboration.
•Ability to design systems for both simple (2-step) and complex (multi-agent, multi-tool) workflows.
•Ability to articulate and maintain the boundary between the marketing assistant (WPP Open) and the enterprise assistant (Microsoft Copilot).
