Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and support test manufacturing equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, qualification, and performance optimization.
  • •Lead quality containment and excursion management activities to minimize production and customer impact.
  • •Repair and sustain machine equipment as an equipment engineer.
  • •Lead/coach and manage a team of technicians for manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, and repair.
  • •Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality standards, and act as first responder to operational, safety, and security issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or equipment management, or a Master's with 2+ years.
  • •At least 3 years of equipment maintenance/repair experience.
  • •Proficiency in equipment monitoring, scheduling, and maintenance practices.
  • •Experience with manufacturing quality assurance processes and practices.
  • •Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and operational safety standards, with demonstrated ability to develop training plans and manage team certifications.
