Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with EHS policies and site requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), correct PPE usage, and immediate reporting of unsafe conditions and incidents.
  • •Participate in safety meetings and inspections, complete required EHS training, and maintain 5S housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
  • •Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance activities such as routine equipment inspections, condition monitoring, and lubrication/adjustment practices under supervision.
  • •Support equipment installation, modification, troubleshooting, and repair, including replacing bearings, belts, rollers, chains, motors, sensors, and mechanical components.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, work orders, and inspection logs; communicate equipment issues and support reliability improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred technical school certificate or industrial maintenance coursework
  • •Manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • •Comfort with mechanical systems including bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and motors
