Key Responsibilities

  • •Sustainability Reporting: Support the end-to-end reporting process, including data collection, validation, and consolidation across business units.
  • •Report Preparation: Assist in preparing Allianz Malaysia’s annual Sustainability Report and ESG disclosures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • •ESG Metrics Monitoring: Track and monitor key ESG metrics such as carbon emissions, energy consumption, paper usage, diversity & inclusion, and governance indicators.
  • •Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance) to follow up on ESG data submissions and ensure data quality.
  • •Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and prepare dashboards, charts, and summaries for management reporting and presentations.
