Job Summary

Partner with country and line managers as part of the Global People Partner team to advise, coach, and support employees across the employee lifecycle. Drive improvements in employee experience and retention, facilitate onboarding from Day 1, and ensure a positive monthly pay-day experience. Support ongoing performance management, guide career development, and manage respectful offboarding including exit interviews to improve the working environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees in partnership with the country manager, line managers, and senior leaders.
•Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
•Support employee onboarding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HRSSC, Global Business Services, and line managers, owning the induction experience from Day 1 and beyond.
•Ensure a positive monthly pay-day experience and provide guidance to management on ongoing performance management and employee career development.
•Manage offboarding respectfully, including conducting exit interviews to learn how to improve the working environment.

•Proven experience as an HR advisor in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
•Strong knowledge of Poland employment legislation and how to apply it in a business environment.

•Experience managing monthly Payroll inputs and familiarity with HR technology/systems (e.g., HiBOB).
