Key Responsibilities

  • •Control batch plant production and load out in line with mix designs, specifications, and dispatch orders
  • •Conduct batching operations efficiently and safely while complying with local, state, and federal regulations
  • •Test concrete for conformance and perform moisture tests, yield calculation, and yield adjustments
  • •Print, file, and distribute delivery tickets to support customer payment upon delivery

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required
  • •Produce batching-related concrete; 1–2 years batching-related experience preferred

  • •Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • •Ability and willingness to pass ACI level 1 certification within six months; CDL preferred
