Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead holistic, human-centered UX strategy and execution for the ORD business unit.
  • •Guide cross-functional partners to take products from concept to launch and define long-term strategy for the product area.
  • •Design and facilitate co-creation workshops and craft user-centered artifacts and end-to-end journeys.
  • •Ensure consistency across interface experiences across different user scenarios, collaborating with other designers.
  • •Advocate for design thinking, mentor junior designers, and help define frameworks, contracts, and standards for UX delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing shipped B2B/enterprise products.
  • •A degree in a related field or relevant work experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
  • •Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or similar design tools.
  • •Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • •Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools for ideation, asset generation, or prototyping in daily workflows.
