Senior Advanced Drone Operator (RPAS & Reality Capture)

Lead advanced UAV (RPAS) operations for a geospatial and civil design team in the Greater Toronto Area. Deliver reality-capture datasets including LiDAR, photogrammetry, thermal, and inspections, and convert geospatial data into engineering-ready deliverables such as point clouds, orthomosaics, and digital terrain models. Oversee QA/QC, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor other operators, and collaborate with engineers and surveyors to solve project challenges across infrastructure, transportation, land development, and environmental work.
