Senior AI Engineer (Shen Zhen, CN)

Design and deliver enterprise GenAI capabilities, enabling LLM APIs (GPT, Claude) and integrating generative workflows for document processing, triage, quotation, claims, and underwriting. Build and maintain document RAG and an LLM knowledge base, apply spec-driven and behavior-driven development with AI coding/testing, and develop AI agent tools that improve data quality and reduce technical debt. Implement secure, scalable inference pipelines on Azure or AWS while monitoring bias, hallucinations, and privacy compliance.
