Key Responsibilities

  • •Support entity month-end close by executing transactional manufacturing controlling activities (WD1–WD5).
  • •Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of manufacturing cost postings and close activities.
  • •Provide analytical support outside close cycles (WD10–WD20), including variance analysis and performance monitoring.
  • •Lead coordination, consolidation, and reporting for O&P EU manufacturing performance, including BRM presentation materials.
  • •Develop and maintain Power BI reporting and analytical dashboards; support continuous improvement, controls, and standardized SSC ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Accounting, FP&A, and/or Controlling.
  • •Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, including SAP (CO, MM, FI) and Microsoft Office.
  • •Strong planning and analytical skills to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
  • •Proficiency in English; French is an asset.
