Job Summary

Support the External/Regulatory Reporting team within the Financial Reporting Cluster by preparing and filing Bank Holding Company liquidity reporting (FR2052a) for the Federal Reserve and other regulators. Coordinate bank category change readiness, interpret and implement changes, and work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Federal Reserve requirements and internal controls. Help transform reporting through automation and simplification while partnering across Controllership, Treasury, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in project readiness work for bank category changes for a Category II bank.
•Engage with multiple stakeholders to interpret and implement bank category changes.
•Coordinate implementation of changes on the automated platform R2CE (Regulatory Reporting Calculation Engine).
•Prepare and support Bank Holding Company liquidity reporting filings (FR2052a) for the Federal Reserve and other regulators, ensuring compliance with requirements and internal review procedures.
•Support transformation projects for regulatory reporting, including automation and simplification, and assist with inquiries from regulators such as the Federal Reserve and GCO.

Key Requirements

•At least 3+ years of accounting/reporting experience (Chartered Accountant/CPA preferred).
•US Regulatory/External Reporting experience with liquidity reporting (NSFR or LCR preferred).
•Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial accounting, including reporting and analysis experience.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact independently with senior business partners/customers.
•Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with control environment, and platforms including Oracle, Essbase, and R2CE architecture is a plus.
