  • •Define product requirements and roadmaps for next-generation optical interconnects, ASICs, systems, and platforms with engineering and architecture teams.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration across hardware, silicon, firmware, software, operations, and business groups to deliver networking solutions for AI and cloud datacenters.
  • •Partner with strategic customers and hyperscalers to understand emerging requirements and translate them into differentiated networking products.
  • •Present product strategy to executive leadership, customers, and industry partners to guide NVIDIA’s datacenter networking portfolio progression.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •15+ years overall experience with 8+ years in silicon photonics development or technical support roles in the networking industry.
  • •Deep knowledge of silicon photonics, process technologies, and packaging, including modulator technologies and lasers.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of data center hardware, rack-level construction, and physical infrastructure (server, networking, power, cooling, cabling).
  • •Experience leading product strategy development and delivery in complex global organizations as a senior IC (director-level scope) or people leader.
