Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products, preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
  • •Operate and monitor load out functions and automated scale/dump systems, including sampling and equipment handling.
  • •Conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and recordkeeping for pumps, valves, and loading arms; inspect equipment for leaks and seeps.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and deliver products (fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed) to customer sites.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas; perform grounds and warehouse tasks such as loader/forklift operation and snow removal; report safety and repair concerns.
