Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Nuclear Technical Lead and Department Manager with strategic resourcing initiatives.
  • •Supervise and lead a team of structural engineers, guiding their technical development.
  • •Serve as Structural Lead/Engineering of Record to maintain responsibility for deliverable development and contribute to design work.
  • •Lead improvements in project efficiencies by creating, updating, and implementing standards/templates and researching/recommending software packages or plug-ins.
  • •Direct, originate, and contribute to structural engineering calculations, specifications, and drawings; perform quality control reviews and participate in client/internal meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •8 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • •12+ years of experience with Power Generation and/or Heavy Industrial Facilities (preferred).
  • •Expert familiarity with structural engineering codes and standards (e.g., IBC, AISC, ACI, IEBC, ASCE) and structural analysis/modeling software proficiency (e.g., StaadPro).
