Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a major capability area, shaping the platform roadmap alongside the manager.
  • •Sequence capability delivery against real vehicle program gates and define how staffing/scope decisions impact gate outcomes.
  • •Adjudicate source-of-truth decisions across disagreeing systems by defining reconciliation rules and protecting the integrity of the model.
  • •Run deep discovery on ambiguous roadmap problems, writing specifications, decision records, and proposals with rollout/rollback plans.
  • •Own phased launches with readiness criteria, pilot selection, executive sponsorship, adoption measurement, and mentor colleagues on product standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial product management experience with senior/lead ownership of an enterprise, internal platform, or business systems product, demonstrated end to end.
  • •Experience owning a system of record, ensuring data correctness and understanding downstream consequences of errors.
  • •Proven ability to drive organizational change by retiring entrenched processes or legacy tools and moving the people who relied on them.
  • •Executive communication and influence at VP level, including making recommendations senior leaders may not initially want to hear.
