Specialist II Collections

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by reviewing open items, communicating monthly statements, and collecting payments through phone calls and email. You’ll handle aging balances with reminders, prepare and escalate customer disputes, and perform initial investigations while coordinating findings with the right owners. This role supports Emerson’s financial and operational goals as part of a collaborative finance team.
