  • •Stand up new 0→1 bets beyond collections (e.g., loan servicing, receivables, financial-crime agents) from thesis and sizing to go-live.
  • •Turn channels into an expansion engine by sequencing multi-market relationships with proof-based gating.
  • •Interview experts and build domain expertise, diving deep to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • •Solve root causes across regulation, unit economics, and channel margin and design elegant solutions that address them.
