Key Responsibilities

  • •Build dashboards and reporting solutions to support Identity and Access Governance operations, decision-making, and end-user resources, owning delivery from discovery through support.
  • •Develop and maintain automated data collection, transformation, refresh, and distribution processes using ETL, scripting, and scheduling tools.
  • •Translate business requirements and leadership objectives into complete reporting and analytics solutions, improving beyond initial requirements and identifying data issues.
  • •Design and create user-friendly reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and perform thorough testing/validation of data, business logic, accuracy, consistency, performance, and security.
  • •Write, troubleshoot, and optimize sophisticated SQL queries, data models, extracts, and transformations; design SQL Server tables, views, stored procedures, and indexes to improve performance and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in a related discipline, with hands-on BI and analytics development.
  • •Strong experience designing and optimizing Microsoft SQL Server solutions (tables, views, stored procedures, indexes, execution plans) and complex query/data transformation work.
  • •Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI, including performance optimization and building user-friendly dashboards and visualizations.
  • •Experience with ETL and data transformation processes, including automated data collection, refresh, scheduling, and distribution.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
