Key Responsibilities

  • •Own employee lifecycle experience and communications across onboarding, offboarding, relocations, benefits, and leaves of absence.
  • •Develop and maintain employee communications, documentation, AI-powered Help Desk guidance, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
  • •Respond to employee questions and support requests, continuously improving the employee experience via communications, documentation, automation, and process improvements.
  • •Create scalable SOPs and operational resources to keep lifecycle processes consistent, efficient, and easy to navigate.
  • •Partner with the Benefits Lead to support benefits and leave operations, including intake, tracking, communications, auditing, reconciliation, and acting as a backup.

Key Requirements
