Job Summary

Lead on-site IT Technical Services across APAC locations, ensuring end-to-end end-user support, incident/ticket handling, escalations, and ad-hoc requests. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure end-to-end IT support delivery across multiple physical sites, including daily operations, incident and ticket handling, escalations, and ad-hoc requests.
•Act as an escalation point and knowledge resource for local IT teams to maintain consistent service quality and operational excellence.
•Own relationships with local and regional IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners to meet SLAs, operational KPIs, and business expectations.
•Serve as the focal point for end-user devices and meeting room technologies, including collaboration tools, AV and conference systems, and corporate applications.
•Lead or support technical services initiatives such as asset management, IT security compliance, endpoint management, and device lifecycle management, and drive continuous service improvement through automation and tooling.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of on-site IT end-user support experience in a multinational environment supporting 500+ employees.
•Strong technical proficiency across hardware, software, networking, and modern workplace technologies, including Windows and MacOS.
•Experience with IT project management and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including familiarity with ITSM ticketing and service management platforms.
•Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues across end-user devices, meeting room technology, AV systems, and enterprise applications.
•Business-level proficiency in English and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
