Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day construction operations to ensure alignment with IFC drawings, project plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • •Manage site-wide coordination across civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist contractors.
  • •Monitor contractor performance, manpower allocation, equipment availability, and overall construction readiness.
  • •Identify construction risks, clashes, and delays early and drive timely resolutions with contractors and consultants.
  • •Oversee site logistics planning, including access control, laydown areas, traffic routes, and material handling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • •10-15 years of construction experience, including 3–5 years in PMC or client-side roles
