Key Responsibilities

  • •Own APAC inventory planning and replenishment cadence for India and Australia.
  • •Review inventory on hand, project demand, allocations, consumption, lead times, and replenishment parameters.
  • •Coordinate warehouse inventory availability and allocation priorities to support project execution.
  • •Prepare and challenge replenishment proposals and identify stock-balancing/utilization opportunities before purchasing.
  • •Monitor inventory health and KPIs (stockouts, aging, slow-moving, excess/obsolete) and drive corrective actions via regular reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, APICS, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •10+ years of experience.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials planning, inventory planning, or related roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, project allocations, lead times, safety stock, and inventory health.
  • •Experience with ERP/MRP and advanced planning tools (Anaplan preferred), plus strong Excel/analytical skills and cross-functional communication.
