Key Responsibilities

•Support and apply Service Management best practices (e.g., ITIL, Agile) across Monitoring & Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, and Change Management.
•Develop simple scripts/tools to automate repetitive operational tasks and enhance monitoring solutions (alerts, dashboards, log analysis).
•Create temporary workarounds to mitigate service impacts while permanent fixes are developed and identify optimization opportunities in service operations.
•Create and document basic designs for simple tools or components and review own work for quality and consistency.
•Design, code, test, and maintain small scripts/tools focused on operational efficiency and ensure they meet operational requirements.

•Apprenticeship completed in relevant IT area
•Proficient spoken and written command of English
•1 year of experience in relevant area
