Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead hands-on across the Platform SRE and DevOps environment by reviewing PRs, validating pipeline changes, tuning monitors/dashboards, and troubleshooting production issues with engineers.
  • •Own availability and performance of Delinea Platform production environments on Azure and AWS, including AKS workloads, ingress/networking, data services, messaging, and CDN/WAF layers.
  • •Manage a blended team: hire, onboard, coach, and develop full-time SRE engineers and manage contractor resources, including scoping and deliverable quality.
  • •Run incident response end to end as incident commander for Sev1 and Sev2 events, coordinating responders, driving communications, and ensuring customer-ready RCAs with owned preventative actions.
  • •Raise the observability bar by improving detection coverage, defining SLI/SLOs, reducing alert noise, expanding synthetic coverage, and standardizing APM, logs, and dashboards, with growth into FedRAMP High operations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Operations with demonstrated ownership of production SaaS systems.
  • •2+ years of direct people leadership, including performance management, hiring, and coaching; experience with contractors desired.
  • •Hands-on production experience across Azure Kubernetes Service and core Azure services, plus AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and SES.
  • •Deep observability expertise across metrics, logs, traces, synthetics, SLOs, and alerting strategy, including hands-on Datadog experience.
  • •Proven incident commander experience running major incidents and authoring customer-ready RCAs; strong cloud networking and security fundamentals.
