Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business stakeholders to design and develop ServiceNow IRM solutions.
  • •Implement ServiceNow IRM in client/service contexts using hands-on engineering experience.
  • •Apply expertise in OOB Risks and Controls solutions where applicable.
  • •Ensure required ServiceNow certifications are active or completed as needed after selection.
  • •Work the defined shift (1PM–10PM IST / 2PM–11PM IST) and attend the NTT office three days per week, starting immediately.

Key Requirements

  • •Act as a Senior resource partnering with business stakeholders to design and develop solutions with ServiceNow IRM.
  • •Have hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IRM.
  • •Hold active ServiceNow CSA and IRM certifications (share the registered email ID for SN certifications).
  • •Strong fit for expertise in the OOB Risks and Controls solutions.
  • •Be able to work required ServiceNow timings (1PM–10PM IST or 2PM–11PM IST) and work three days per week from the NTT office with an immediate start.
